Question 1

I’m not sure which service to book. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Start with a personalized consultation. We’ll walk through your beauty goals and recommend the treatment that fits you best. You can book a consultation through our online booking page or call/text us at 737-250-8303.

Question 2

How do I choose the right Pout Collection option?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the look you want. Petite Pout is a soft, subtle enhancement; Signature Pout is our classic 1 mL volume and shaping; Russian Rose Pout adds height and lifted definition; and Luxe Pout gives plush, glamorous volume. Not sure? Book a consultation and we’ll help you decide.

Question 3

What should I do before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for injectable treatments, and skip alcohol, aspirin and fish oil for 24 hours before filler or Botox. Please arrive 10 minutes early — late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. If you have questions about your specific service, call or text us at 737-250-8303.

Question 4

What should I expect after my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Some tenderness, mild swelling or light bruising is normal after injectables and usually settles within a few days as your final result softens into place. We’ll go over aftercare for your exact treatment at your visit, and you can always reach out to us afterward with questions.

Question 5

How long do results typically last?

Accepted Answer

It varies by treatment, product and your own metabolism. We’ll give you a realistic timeline for the service you choose — and the best time to plan your next visit — during your appointment or consultation.

Question 6

Can I book multiple services during the same visit?

Accepted Answer

Many of our dolls like to combine services. Let us know what you’re interested in when you book, and we’ll help you plan the right visit.

Question 7

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. You can reschedule through your booking confirmation, or call or text 737-250-8303 and we’ll take care of it.

Question 8

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment is handled securely through our booking system, which accepts major credit and debit cards. If you have a specific payment question, reach out at 737-250-8303 or dessi@dollhouseatx.com before your visit.
