Lip Filler & Lip Flip
- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil and vitamin E for 24–48 hours.
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lips.
- Eat and hydrate beforehand — it keeps you comfortable in the chair.
- Let us know if you get cold sores so we can plan preventative care.
- Book at least three weeks before a big event.
- Ice gently in 10-minute intervals for the first 24 hours to ease swelling.
- Sleep slightly elevated the first night or two.
- Drink plenty of water and use a gentle lip balm.
- Swelling peaks around day 2–3; final shape settles by week two.
- Light bruising or small bumps are normal and soften as filler integrates.
